Heh! Besides having a safe story, it'd also be useful to know, on say a 1-10 scale, how beloved all the stories available are. It was incredibly hard to choose one of your stories; I kept thinking, no, it's perfect the way it is.... It's rather a relief to know you disliked the original story: liberating, in a way *g* To keep me humble I keep all the crap I've written in my table of contents as well, and let me tell you, there are several cringeworthy stories in there that I'm glad you didn't choose (er. and hopefully didn't read *cringe*)....
