i. For your information:
darkreader will make his first appearance at
hex_files tonight. Prepare yourselves, people. There will be much raising of eyebrows.
ii. Watched The Real Life A few days ago. Is this the worst plotline ever? Apart from being ripped off from Buffy, of course, but seriously, the Ancient technology couldn't save Elizabeth but the strength of her own will could? After John broke quarantine to go visit her in a dream? If this is one of their sad attempts to show chemistry between John and Elizabeth, it's really not working, and honestly, writing a plotline from a made-for-tv real life film does not help. That said, I was astonished that she didn't recognise him as the dark, menacing figure - who else has such tufts of hair? ;)
But Rodney recognising signs of genius cause he sees in the mirror had me laughing for five minutes straight. Oh Rodney. *pets the grumpy little ball of joy*
iii. Thanks to all who helped with my make up woes. I have since then discovered a style that suits me and makes me look mysterious and high cheek-boned. *g* I was, however, surprised to see you people don't kow what colour my eyes are. Surely I must have mentioned it by now? If not, here's a poll:

I remember that they were quite pale, though.
