The relationship between River Song and the Ponds may, at first glance, throw a spanner in the way of certain kinds of porn (not that I would judge you if you went down the incest route, we've all watched Supernatural after all...). It can, however, also lend itself to new possibilities.
Consider these facts:
1. River Song has no shame.
2. Amy Pond has no shame.
3. The Doctor blushes, and his blushes are both noticeable and the topic of public discourse (See Madam Vastra's comments and Dorian's corresponding smirk - apparently, he also knows how the Doctor can blush).
4. Rory would sometimes like to have shame, but mostly he just does what Amy tells him to.
So what can we put together from these disparate and exciting elements? What conversations might there be, for example, about originary bunkbeds and various kinds of kink? This new bond between River and Amy could easily lend itself to, say, drinking games, which result in much sharing of embarrassing secrets. Or possibly dress-up. Certainly they share a tendency to make fun of the Doctor.
Let's make this messing of the canon work for us! And by us, of course, I mean porn. :D
