Aw, poor James. See, this is why I don't read Remus/James, because they both belong with Sirius, not each other. Ahh, amen. I always try and find the dark Remus/James where they're all manipulative and both are using the other to get to Sirius, and Sirius ends up trapped in the middle (sometimes literally, heh) and gets angsty and oh, woe.
