I seem to have created a tiny X-Men: First Class fic. A Regency AU. Sometimes these things just happen.

First, thank goodness someone's considering doing a Regency AU! With all the fodder from the period pieces McAvoy and Fassy have done, you'd think fandom would be overflowing with it.

Second, ideas:

I always find the racing horses, caught in a rainstorm, situation enjoyable. See also: inappropriate touching in a carriage.

Maybe Eric is secretly a pirate or some sort of other high seas adventurer and they have to be on a ship, sharing a tiny cabin with an even tinier bed?

Showing a bit of skin (an ankle bone! scandalous!) funtimes?
